affaires publiques se conforme \u00e0 la l\u00e9gislation en vigueur, aux r\u00e8glements int\u00e9rieurs des assembl\u00e9es repr\u00e9sentatives et institutions nationales, europ\u00e9ennes et internationales, tout comme aux d\u00e9lib\u00e9rations de la Haute Autorit\u00e9 pour la transparence de la vie publique.<\/p><p>Il tient compte des avis de la Haute Autorit\u00e9 pour la transparence de la vie publique et des d\u00e9ontologues des assembl\u00e9es parlementaires.<\/p><p><b>Article 10 : Documents officiels, colloques, clubs et invitations<\/b><\/p><p>Le conseil en lobbying et affaires publiques respecte les r\u00e8gles en vigueur pour l\u2019obtention et la diffusion de documents officiels et s\u2019interdit notamment de les distribuer \u00e0 des fins lucratives.<\/p><p>Il s\u2019interdit \u00e9galement d\u2019organiser, dans l\u2019enceinte des institutions, des colloques, r\u00e9unions, clubs et manifestations au cours desquels les participants ext\u00e9rieurs seraient invit\u00e9s \u00e0 intervenir sous condition d\u2019une participation financi\u00e8re.<\/p><p>Il s\u2019interdit par ailleurs l\u2019usage \u00e0 des fins commerciales dudit colloque, club ou \u00e9v\u00e9nement, de tout logo officiel ou de toute r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 une institution, \u00e0 l\u2019instar du terme parlementaire par exemple.<\/p><p>Il veille \u00e0 garantir une approche pluraliste et non-partisane, transparente et \u00e9quitable dans les conditions d\u2019inscription ou d\u2019adh\u00e9sion aux colloques, clubs et manifestations qu\u2019il organise.<\/p><p>Il s\u2019engage \u00e0 rendre public le nom des partenaires financiers de ces \u00e9v\u00e9nements, sur un site internet ou sur le lieu d\u2019organisation de ces \u00e9v\u00e9nements.<\/p><p>Il s\u2019oblige enfin \u00e0 informer les parlementaires et acteurs publics du co\u00fbt des invitations qui leur sont adress\u00e9es afin de leur permettre de se Article 5 : Absence de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des\u00e9lus et agents publics Le conseil en lobbying et affairespubliques s\u2019interdit de r\u00e9mun\u00e9rer, \u00e0 titre permanent ou temporaire et sousquelque forme que ce soit : toute personne titulaire d\u2019un mandatpolitique \u00e9lectif national, europ\u00e9en, au sein d\u2019un conseil r\u00e9gional,d\u00e9partemental, de m\u00e9tropole, du conseil de Paris ou des conseils municipaux deLyon ou Marseille ; tout collaborateur du Pr\u00e9sident de laR\u00e9publique, membre d\u2019un cabinet minist\u00e9riel, collaborateur parlementaire,membre ou collaborateur d\u2019un organe ex\u00e9cutif de collectivit\u00e9 territoriale,d\u2019une autorit\u00e9 administrative ou publique ind\u00e9pendante ou d\u2019un parti politique. Concernant les missions d\u2019expertiseponctuelles de repr\u00e9sentants des fonctions publiques ou le recrutementd\u2019anciens fonctionnaires, le conseil en lobbying et affaires publiques se conformeaux r\u00e8gles applicables. Article 6 : Obligation de moyens Le conseil en lobbying et affairespubliques recommande la strat\u00e9gie et les moyens n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisationdes objectifs de ses clients. Il participe \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre des missionsd\u00e9finies en commun avec ses clients. Il est soumis \u00e0 une obligation de moyens. &nbsp; Relations avec les institutions Article 7 : Enregistrement, publicit\u00e9 etcontr\u00f4le Le conseil en lobbying et affairespubliques s\u2019enregistre au r\u00e9pertoire num\u00e9rique des repr\u00e9sentants d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats, yd\u00e9clare l\u2019identit\u00e9 de ses clients, lorsque qu\u2019il d\u00e9ploie pour ceux-ci desactivit\u00e9s de repr\u00e9sentation d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats r\u00e9pondant aux crit\u00e8res fix\u00e9s par lestextes, ainsi que tout autre renseignement requis. En outre, il se conforme aux principeset r\u00e8gles de d\u00e9ontologie qui y sont associ\u00e9s et se soumet au contr\u00f4le de laHaute Autorit\u00e9 pour la transparence de la vie publique, comme des Assembl\u00e9esparlementaires, pour les r\u00e8gles applicables aux repr\u00e9sentants d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats auregard de chacune d\u2018entre elles.
